Řezy Ledňáček

6 vajec
2 lžíce oleje
6 lžic moučkového cukru
5 lžic polohrubé mouky
½ balíčku prášku do pečiva
3 lžíce kakaa

Náplň:
200 g másla
150 g moučkového cukru
1 balení vanilinového cukru
500 g měkkého tvarohu
kompotované mandarinky
Poleva:
125g ztuženého tuku
100g moučkového cukru
2 lžíce kakaa

Z moučkového cukru, vanilkového cukru a ze žloutků utřeme pěnu, přilijeme olej a promícháme. Dále přidáme mouku, prášek do pečiva, kakao a nakonec vmícháme sníh z bílků.
Směs nalijeme na vymazaný a vysypaný plech a dáme péci.
Vychladlý korpus potřeme náplní z másla, moučkového cukru, vanilkového cukru a tvarohu ušlehaného do pěny. Poté vmícháme ovoce.
Ve vodní lázni rozpustíme tuk s cukrem a kakaem a touto polevou řezy potřeme.
Necháme ztuhnout, ozdobíme a podáváme.
